Jimmie's Story
The wildest thing I ever did was--- One day in C. P. Vickery's shop class, Things were going slow and quiet. Mr. Vickery had laid back in his chair and dosed off. I just happened to have a match and a cherry bomb.
Well, someone lit that thing and threw it in front of Vickery's desk. When it exploded, sounded like dynamite, Mr. Vickery fell out of his chair, the pull down window shades wound up and as they were turning, the wooden slats in them were hitting the window at the top.
When the smoke finally cleared and Vickery got himself composed, he rounded up about 3 or 4 of his favorite stude...Expand for more
nts, if you know what I mean, and took us on a field trip to the principals office. The principal said he would find the guilty party and expel him, if it was the last thing he did. My Hero is my wife, Virginia. When I met her, I knew she was going to be the girl that I married. She has been and always will be the best thing that ever happened to me. We have been married for 48 years and those have been the best days of my life.
