Life Hi, former school buddies. Remember me? I played the clarinet (not too good) in the band for two years and tried to be the perfect accountant under Ms. Lippincott's tutelage - that didn't get me anywhere either. I have retired from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (June 2013) and enjoy goofing off now. Doing a lot of reading. I had two boys from a brief marriage, one who passed away at 17, but my oldest lives about 10 miles from me and has given me two beautiful granddaughters, ages 30 and 21 years, and now one great grandson, age 4 years! My mother passed away June 9th, 2006 and my father passed away March 17th, 2005. I have become a movie buff and was going out to dinner and a movie once a week with my best friend, but the price of a ticket, even for Senior Citizens (ouch, I am one now) for a two hour escape was giving the budget a squeeze so we now visit each other's home, cook dinner, and watch a cable movie (they hit cable about six months after the theater) and are saving big time on those expenses.
