Joan's Story

I'm still living in the neighborhood in Valley Lee. My kids are all grown and I'm mostly on my own. Except for the cats, dogs, rabbit and ferret. Work down in Piney Point, so I see a few of the Great Mills crowd (and Tall Timbers Tavern crowd). Feels like yesterday. I was so shy in high school I barely remember any...Expand for more
one other than the people in the neighborhood. And the people I knew from Little Flower. But I share Timbers. Oakwood, Swanns, Charlie's Villa/Black Eyed Susan, the Burnt Down, Ski Beach, Lamar Lanes, The Blue Fooze, Skating at Great Mills on Tuesday nights, Leonardtown Wharf. We've got the same scene for memories.
