Joan's Story
Life
I live in Breezewood, and am happily married to former classmate Chuck LaSalle :-). Son Richie, born in 1981- grandaughter Keirsten, born in 2000. Step-son Brandon, born in 1979, grandaughter McKenzie October 2004. Like my job as a Project Engineer for JLG Industries, like to golf and read novels. Teach Sunday school and love the little kids, church organist.

Workplace
I thought I would be an engineer building roads in Alaska or high rises in the city, but who would have guessed that I would stay near home and land at JLG designing equipment. I tried the construction work and did not like the uncertainty of where you would work next and total lack of long term working relationships. That is one thing I value in my present work. (Been there since 1987!)
