Joan Wood:  

After graduating I attended College of DuPage and received a BA from Northeastern Ill. U. I married Dennis Irvin in 1979 and moved to San Jose California in 1980 where I was in electronics industry in the Silicon Valley until 1989. After my oldest son Benjamin was born in January of 1989, we moved to Atlanta Georgia to reunite with family. In 1993 my other son, Alexander was born. Dennis and I divorced in 2002. I worked for a local Police Department for 5 yrs as a clerk of court and then as a probation officer. Leaving law enforcement I worked for a home warranty company as a customer service supervisor. I met my other half, Eddie, on a blind date set up by mutual friends 4.5 yrs ago and have now retired to Alabama and enjoy riding Harleys thru the countryside.
