Joan's Story
Hello my old friends! Would love to reconnect with the class of 1969. Currently living with my husband Mike in Fresno, Calif. In 1969, I married Mike Hoffman from the Kennedy class of 1966. Mike was a Presidential Guard in the US Marine Corps/ and flew with the Blue Angels as a Marine Navigator. We have 1 daughter, Jamie and her husband gave us 2 beautiful and successful grandchildren. retired Correctional Officer of 20 years. Mike passed away in 2016. I remarried (to another Mike) and we live in Fresno, Calif. I teach sewing and quilting. Life has been exciting and very busy. I was once asked a question: " How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?" I always think 18 because high school was the best ( and worst) years of my life. Kennedy high will always be my 'go-to' place of favorite memories.
