Joan's Story
I am the proud and loving geegaw to 6 beautiful grandchildren.
I love Barbershop music(performed in Carnegie Hall) and sing in a women's chorus of 175 members. We are competing in Hawaii at our Sweet Adelines International competition this November and are going for a 1st place medal. We placed 2nd in Iniannapolis 3 years ago and hope to continue onward. I sing lead(melody) in a barbershop quartet called Synergy and we will be competing in Hawaii this November as well.

diagnosed with a benign brain tumor(Menengioma) in February and have had 4 brain surgeries and a massive staph infection in my brain--OK now.
My little Sister-Lisa-was killed in June in a freak automobile accident on Skalkaho Pass as was her best friend.
Denver is a great place to live and I am having the time of my life-travelling around the world with my husband--he golfs--I don't--singing with my dear friends and loving my children and grandchildren.
Life is Wonderful!!!!
