Gallivan married Ellen Sullivan in Killarney, Kerry, Ireland in 1815. Timothy and Ellen had 5 children,their son Timothy was my Great Grandfather, born in 1828, Killarney, Kerry, Ireland. After living in the US, maybe for 10 years or more, he married Anna Lynch (also spelled Linch ) in Portage County, in the Upper Michigan Copper mine area in 1860. He and Ann moved to Leelaluna County and Grand Traverse Counties , Michigan about 1869 or 1870. Timothy and Ann had 6 children. Their son Mortimer is my Grandfather. Mortimer married Pelagia Kneblewski in Traverse City, Michigan. Mortimer and Polly had 11 children, with Raphael Charles being the youngest and my father. My father Married Ella Mae Tanner in Traverse City, Michigan. They had 4 children Mike, Judy, Joanne (me) and Timothy.. I still own 11 acres of the homesteaded property that my Great grandfather owned in the 1870's I have one son, Bob Dalzell.".
