Joanne's Story
It's been about 15 years since I attended our last reunion and much has happened in my life since then! I have survived stage 3 cancer (Jan. 1999), two total knee replacements, and the birth of three more grandchildren (for a total of 17 "blended") and three GREAT grands! I am a retired probate and estate paralegal.
We have traveled the world and our favorite place of all so far is the South Island of New Zealand. This past November we did a Mediterranean cruise and I loved Santorini and Istanbul! We live in a six year old gated golf community three miles from Hilton Head Island (l...Expand for more

I hope all of my classmates who are still around will send me an email (especially YOU, Betty Barnes, and Gay Hancock)! Would love to hear from anyone else as well....is Kim Smith still around? Never will forget a hayride sponsored by our "LIC Club" (my brother called it the "Little Ignorant Children") in the back of a van during junior high school!
My dear brother, Bill Scott, went to be with the Lord three years ago this week. We miss him terribly. Wife Darleene is still in Charleston and we keep in touch. So long for now. Y'all write me!
