Life
How does one briefly recap events of the last 30 years? After high school, I went on to college (A.A.S. and B.A.). I moved to North Carolina in 1984 and LOVE it. I went on to grad.school and eventually found my niche in higher education, first as a counselor, and now as a director in academic affairs. I'm divorced with no kids, but I have plenty of four-legged "babies." I'm in a relationship with a great guy who shares his ...Expand for more
two grown kids with me. We love the outdoors and spend as much time on the river or ocean as we can. A major blow for me was the loss of my mom in 2004. I had spent 10 wonderful days with her and she passed suddenly, four days after I returned home. All in all, life is really good. I haven't been to Colorado since 1993 when I visited my brother in Longmont. God, has that area grown! I still have such fond memories of the old days.
