Jodi's Story
Life
I am married to a great guy and have two kids. Thomas was born in July of 1998, and Natalie came along in September of 1999. We currently live in Beavercreak, Ohio, which is a suburb of Dayton. It's beautiful here.
School
I went to Edsel Ford High School in Dearborn for most of my Freshman year, then moved to Huntington Woods and went to Berkley for my sophomore year. Then I moved back to Dearborn and finished up my Junior and Senior years back at Edsel Ford. Kinda convoluted, but it worked out o.k.
College
It took me nine years to get my BA in Quality Management. I started out doing the flex classes while I was in the Army. When I got out I went to HFCC. I got my AA in Business from HFC...Expand for more
C and went on to Cleary college to get my BA. I finished (April 2003) my Masters (MBA) with the University of Phoenix. Now I'm working on paying off my student loans. Yuck!
Military
I went in to the Army 2 weeks after HS Graduation. I stayed in for three years, spending my time in Alabama and Heidelberg, Germany, where I met my first and second (current) husband. Some of you may remember me as a Peterson, but I am now a Cokl. When my three years of Active Duty were up (June of 1990) I joined the Army Reserves. The Army took me back on to Active Duty and I spent 6 months in Saudi Arabia. As strange as it sounds, I had a lot of fun and will never forget it. I wouldn't want to do it again though.
