Jodie's Story
My friends new me as a caring and sensitive true friend.
I have learned that I can not duplicate the friendships that I had in high school. People do not have those values that we had back in the 60's and 70's.
I always wanted to be a psychiatric nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were all wrong.. I decided to go into childcare and get my CDA. I love teaching the VPK children and have so much patience now in my later years in life.
I enjoy just listening to music or just relaxing in front of the television.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have patience, love, and compassion to be able to deal with the day-to-day.

my English teacher Mrs. Fields. If it wasn't for her caring and concern for me I would not have passed my regents.
This is what inspired me to help and teach young children that could not pass their FCAT. I decided on education, teaching and helping the under achievers.
I lived in Brooklyn, NY and moved to New Jersey in the late 70's. I have lived in Florida on the east coast and now on the west coast since 1984. My husband's job is what brought us to Florida.
I have experienced if you give and show love to your children, that their love is always given back to you.
I have learned that a granddaughter is a very unique person and a special kind of love to me. There is no feeling in the world like a grand child's love.
