Jody's Story
I majored in social work a the U of MN, worked for a few years and then moved to Berkeley, California, where I've been, more or less ever since. I did live a couple years in the New York area, 2000-2002, and spent a summer in Israel.
I am a first grade teacher at a public school and love what I do. Though I've had many wonderful relationships, I've never married, so live life very much on my own terms in a large 2 bedroom apartment in a very hip part of Oakland, 4 blocks from Berkeley.

visit. In addition to MN, I am also travelling to Cincinnatti to meet up with my closest friend from MN, Boston, NH, CT, NY, Greece and Italy. 55 days of travel, it should be a magical summer.
I am vocalist, and sing around a little bit as well as a poet. Mrs. Geisenhoff's Humanities class influenced me a lot. I learned so much from her which ignited many passions in my life. I'm still friends with Rachel Evans, Cindy Lystad and Beth Simon, aka Shira Rosenschein, from our class.
I hope to hear from old friends, as there's always room, even in a very busy life, for a few old friends.
