Life I live in New York City. I studied Nepali at Columbia University which innitially got me here, but a thriving art community kept me here. I love the stimulation of the city an am walking distance from the theatre community and Central Park. I spend most of my time exploring the world. I have climbed Kilamanjaro and the Himalayas and know most major cities in the world. I have studied Russian and openend one of the first privatised galleries in Russia right after Peristroika. At present, a young boy I sponsor in Gorkha Nepal where I used to work is opening up a telecommunication center called "The Jody Telecommunication Center" (not my idea for a name). I am going to try and return there this fall. They have been in a civil war with a Maoist insurgency trying to take control but they are in peace negociations at present.
