Joe's Story

Left home shortly after graduating,I was still 17. I had a not so good home life and couldn't get out of the house soon enough. I was a boy scout altar boy - real straight kid. Teenage years changed all that. I was always a gear head and could turn a wrench to make a living. I was told if I was a mechanic, I would never starve and I would never get rich. esn't matter how smart you are or how good you are if you don't have a degree, you won't get ahead. I have to answer to people that I could of fathered these days. I have found that being a father and a good husband is the best therapy I could ever get out of life. I was able to become the father I always wanted, and not the father I had. A wise man learns from his mistakes. A WISER man learns from the mistakes of others. I am a firm believer that no one in this life is a waste of life. They can always serve as a bad example.
