The boardwalk over Grand Prismatic Spring in the Midway Geyser Basin. The biggest hot spring in the park.
This is the traffic tie-up that mystified us. Traffic in both directions was stopped and no one knew why....until the Bison Parade came through. It was a clear view from standing on the roof of the rental Suburban.
Gettin' into the spirit:  The Old Faithful Inn at Yellowstone.  Great woodwork everywhere.
Relaxin' back at the ranch....errr....the rental house.

Sunday - the rain moves in, but with a 10:00 am check-out no one is bothered.
The rain starts and luckily NASCAR-trained Eddie Hornick has pop-up tents. The party lives on!
