Joe's Story
I'm an internationally published novelist and nonfiction author born and raised in steel-town Pittsburgh, Pa. I published my first newspaper (The Berry Street News, Sheraden) when I was 10, and I've been a writer and editor ever since.
After graduating from Duquesne University (undergraduate-journalism) and the University of Pittsburgh (graduate-rhetoric and communications), I spent 30 years in corporate communications in Pgh., Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Tulsa and Houston. I'm now CE...Expand for more

When I'm not writing, I'm a recording musician and a photographer. I'm married to Patricia, and my family includes 23-year-old daughter, Jenny (who is a singer), two miniature dachshunds (Shorty and Tanner), and a calico cat, Peaches. My sister, Marianne, is a noted painter and educator, who runs Cherry Court Studios, an art school in Pittsburgh for young, gifted artists.
