Life
I'm not at all sure what anyone would finding interesting about me so I'll try to be brief.
After leaving WVU in my junior year I spent time in the USAR and then began working as a construction laborer. I married a University High School girl,Janet Solomon( sorry I strayed ) and she's put up with me for 36 years. We've got a pretty great kid named Shannon Thornhill of Virginia Beach, VA who is a pharmacist. Construction interested me from the beginning so I followed my father and grandfather and becamme a carpenter. ness. My wife and I own a company named Blackhawk Interiors, Inc. We specialize in commercial construction and have been involved in many of the larger projects in Morgantown such as the Waterfront Hotel, WVU Skyboxes, Ruby's latest addition, etc. Anyway, you get the idea. What we're really proud of is that we try to hire as many local W.Va. tradesmen and vendors as possible.
I never had time for many hobbies but I started golfing about six years ago and am shamelessly addicted. I'm proud to say that I've embarassed myself at some of the finer locations across the United States.
I'm looking forward to hearing from anybody from the "good old days".
