Joel's Story
Hi all ,
Well there is not much to my story. I am the middle child of my family. I was raised in the same house I own right now on Milwaukee's north side.
I attended kindergarden at Douglas Road school. I was raised in the catholic faith , and attended the now dissolved St. Alberts School. (1st-8th) In the fall of 1979 , I followed my older brother Allen to Custer Sr. High School in Milwaukee for grades 9th-12th. , I kicked around the idea of joining the Marine Corps, but decided "the Corps " was not the direction. So , after kicking around odd jobs , I settled on a cabinetmakers occupation. From 1991-2008 my job was working in a cabinet shop. I was laid off in 2008 , but found another job soon after.In 1993, I took a short trip to Hawaii, and In 1994 I got the chance to travel to Europe. I even returned to the old hometown of my Great-Great-Grandparents in Norway. I met my wife Jess in 2002 , and we were married in 2005.We don't have any children yet.
