After owning my own printing & graphic design company, in 2002 I did what I always wanted to do - went to culinary school. I now am a chef and caterer as well as working at some top restaurants in the Westchester area. I also teach at the local middle school where my classes have a waiting list to attend. As of September 06, I have been the Director of Campus Dining for Monroe College. I oversee the dining facilites on two campus'...Expand for more
and work with the Culinary Arts department.
Update - as of october '08 I have totally revamped the dining facilities for the college making us one of the top ten rated colleges (as far as the food & service) on the east coast. I took the main facility from a small sandwich shop to what comes close to a full service dining room with food that has been rated as the best college food in NY by two local critics. Come on by and see what we do!
