Joella's Story
let's see. I'm married to an English teacher, his name is Dave..he's also the Cross Country coach here in Hicksville. I have 3 grandkids Amber 7,Lorelei 5 and Vash is 17 mos. My son Jake lives here in Hicksville. My daughter Ellen and her husband Ryan and the kids live here too. This is a great town, nice and small and the downtown is great! I'll have to get some pics on here.
Anyway. My mom lives with my husband (Dave) and I on a nice quiet street. My dad is in the nursing home here. He is 95 and has Alzheimers.My son-in-law Ryan is a CNA and works there, so h...Expand for more

Dave and I have been married almost 6 years. I've been an assistant manager at the local Family Dollar store for almost 6 years too.I'm a member of St. John Lutheran Church here in Hicksville and am on the church council.
I have changed since school (Thank goodness!) I am far from shy anymore. I've packed on an additional 40 pounds since my 20's. :( I quit smoking!!!!
Out of everthing in my life.I truly believe the best part is when I opened my heart and mind to God. Life has been nicer and easier since I handed it over to Him.
