Joey's Story
Well, I have seen a lot over the past few years and I am starting to live a new life. Although things didn't quite work out the way I expected, I am thankful nonetheless. I am a proud father of two of the most amazing kids ever. Although they don't live with me, I am always with them. I finally have learned not to dwell in the past and forgive those that I thought I wouldn't forgive. I take away from the 8 years past, that no matter what, you will always have your friends...Expand for more
. I look forward to today and what happens tomorrow. I am done with trying to plan the rest of my life. I am going to live my life to the fullest and take chances. I may fail along the way at things but I will take away the lesson from those experiences and learn from them. In the Army, I served over 7 years and made Staff Sergeant. I served honorably and had been overseas in support of the War on Terrorism for almost 2 years with two tours during my enlistment service.
