Married with 3 children in college. After I graduated from Central High in Miami, I went to Western Carolina University and then University of Georgia (MBA, 1981). I lived in Miami from 1981-1995, Asheville NC from 1995-2005, and Rock Hill SC since 2005. I moved from Miami to the smokey mountains in Asheville because I thought it would be a great place for the kids to grow up. They all graduated with perfect attendance (all 4 years) from Owen HS in Black Mtn which literally had million dollar views of the mountains from the main entrance and cafeteria. It was a big sacrifice financially but I wouldn't change anything differently. I have been in the real estate appraisal field since 1981 and am currently employed by Bayview Financial in the Rock Hill, SC office (headquarted in Coral Gables).
