Life Married Karen Huntley,who graduated from West Meck in 1974,two children,Nicole,19& Daniel,17.served 6 years in the Navy,12 years in the North Carolina Air National Guard,plan to retire from the Guard in 2 years. I graduated with 2 Associate Degrees from CPCC & 1 Associate Degree from Central Carolina Community College.I presently am employed with Intermec Technologies a an electronic technician group leader. Unfortunately my son Daniel died suddenly and unexpectly back in June of 2004. It has been very hard adjusting to this loss in our family,but we have recieved great support from friends and former classmates! Really enjoyed our last class reunion back in September 2002. It took place the day after I returned from my Desert Tour in the Middle East serving in Operation Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom.Hottest place on the planet!Summer temps from 116 to 130 degrees! It was great to be home!Too old for that now! Looking foward to the next reunion! My daughter Nicole is getting married October 1. Some of her friends want Nicole to enter the Mrs. North Carolina Beauty Pagent after she is married. She definitely has a chance if she wanted to do this,but I think she is content to be a hair stylist...Maybe someday! 6-25-06 My daughter,Nicole is 6 months pregnant.
