John's Story
I not much of a writer so this is more than likely going to be lame. Lets start with now. I retired three years ago and live in Northern California with my wife Kit. We have a small 150 acer ranch. No domestic animals other than the dog , Arlo and the cat, Cinemax. Before moving to the ranch Kit and I live on our 45' sailboat in the San Francisco Bay area for about 6 years. miss Las Vegas and sometimes we wish we had never left. I meet Kit there after moving from Denver Co. My three kids and three grand children all still live in the Denver area.
I must say I am enjoying retirement. I have a nice studio where I do my paintings and drawings. Check out paintingsIlove.com. You can see a few of my ink drawings, a couple of paintings and a few of my fabric designs. I also love to hunt, mostly wild pigs. Maybe a buck or two now and then. Life is slow here but that is a good thing. Nice to slow down.
