Tonight I made one of Sharon's (Mimi's) favorite meals. Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass with Asian Marinade, Sauteed Baby Bok Choy, served with a Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc. As I always do, when serving one of her favorites,
"Oh, where oh where can my baby be? The Lord took her away from me She's gone to heaven, so I got to be good So I can see my baby when I leave this world."
I fell in love with this girl when I just turned 18 and she turned 15.
Pan Fried Halibut with Parsley Basil Caper Cream Sauce, Buttery Lemon Broccolini, accompanied with a light Chardonnay. Sharon's favorite meal! (Can anyone tell me why Halibut costs as much per pound as Prime Filet Mignon?)
