Life
After 2 years at Michigan State, got a culinary degree at ACC and promptly grew out my hair and moved to Seattle hoping to become a rock star. After 4 years of playing clubs out here (opened up for some big names) I settled down and got married and moved back to Jersey for a couple of years. We had a son (Zachary) in '98 and moved back to Seattle. I started up a software company in '97 and just recently sold it. Have been playing hockey for the last 8 years. Only by the grace of God am I here today (it's a long story) Anyway, a quadruple bypass 3 days later (yes, at 36!) and I'm out of my computer chair and starting up a new business -- a hockey training center --- Puckmasters. The heart thing scared the hell out of me. My daughter was only 2 months old at the time. So I'm taking things a bit more seriously (from a physical level), but much less seriously on a life level. It's too damned short to be stressed out. I'm finally taking the time to enjoy and suck it all in.
