John's Story

Since leaving Enumclaw to join the Army right after Graduation I have bounced around. For a time I was back in the NW but have found that the South is home for me ( when I am in the country ) I was a " Line Mechanic " for United Airlines for a period back in the 90's but after 9/11 I have worked for some PMC's and a contractor for the US. Army right now. I have been back in Afghanistan since June of 2008 and now in Iraq. All told now I guess I have spent more time overseas than I have in the States since 9/11. From Bosnia,Kosovo and Africa to Iraq and Afghanistan several times. I do miss my two lovely daughters but I am doing this to make sure they have a good life and enjoy all the freedoms I did growing up.
