Life attended laguna beach high now & then, then Army, after army kicked around laguna for a while you know what that's like. lived on a houseboat in sausalito. moved to sante fe, nm. long hair, art and native americans. landed a scholarship and off to san francisco for an art education in photography at the art institute, whats next? off to SoCal with a BFA in hand and then 24 months at Claremont Graduate University-MFA in studio art..and oh, with a college degree and $1.25 you can get on a bus-so then, it was hello Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Atlanta, got married in Manhatten, the c...Expand for more

Then Savannah, Greenville, Dallas, El Paso, Cardiff By the Sea, San Juan Capistrano, 15 years to life behind a desk at UC Irvine, and 3 kids later-ding-schools out! - moved on to Port Townsend, Washington-there my wife fired me, i discovered winters really suck up where God keeps his clams and giant cedars-next spring it was back to the SF bay area right where i started on my art career 30 years ago and here i am-biking, hiking, climbing, photographing, teaching photo workshops, writing and living in marin-but not on a houseboat..."be the change you wish to see in the world!"
