John's Story
Life
John is serving as Associate Vice Chancellor at
Troy University in Troy, AL.
He earned his Doctorate in Education at the
University of Tennessee and worked for 23 years
in the nuclear industry before going to the
University of Alabama in 1998. John is a
Fellow of the American Society for Qual...Expand for more

the author of five books. In 2007 he was
appointed by the U.S. Undersecretary of Education
to serve on the Department's rulemaking committee
on accreditation of higher education organizations.
John has three daughters and four grandchildren
who live in Tennessee, Alabama, and Wisconsin.
