John's Story
Life
Well alot of time has gone by since high school. And life has kept me very busy. But in short.... I left high school early and I hooked up with a government job where I went to school to earn a certificate of Master Welder. I was employed for the next 11 years as a welder. Which I loved very much but left to start my own business in commercial and residential flooring (following in my Dads foot steps).
I did flooring for 15 years (not an easy business), but it paid well.
I built a house out in Pennsylvania and moved out of Jersey. In 2003 I was diagnosed with stoma...Expand for more
ch cancer. I went through chemo and radiation and continue to work until this past July when I was diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas and liver. I am currently living with my sister Diane and renting my home out to vacationers while I am going through treatments. So in the meantime I have been playing on the computer and I stumbled along classmates.com and I thought it would be fun to hear from some of you all. I'm not very good with the computer. Turning it on, finding my way around etc...but it keeps me entertained durnig the day. Hope to hear from some of you. John
