John's Story
Life
I love the time spent with my family and especially with the grandboys. Andrew (9yrs) & I build airplanes. John Max just makes me laugh (6yrs). I do lots with the boys. Got my pilots license 35yrs ago,owned several planes and still keep current. Also a certified scuba diver, ham radio operator and devoted to science adict. Spend as much time with the boys in the woods as possible. Taught them 3 ways to start a fire (without matches), and survisal techniques. Just purchased 125 acres in the Tennessee mountains where I plan to build a chateau. (Nearest neighbor 1mi). love nature. There are several streams on the property, springs and a water fall! The place is eaten up with deer and turkeys. Y'all come. Will probably keep my home in Baton Rouge until the homestead is well on the way. Getting back to science; have received a weekly issue of "Science News" for 26 yrs. Just finished a book on chemistry, and have interest in astronomy, physics and electronics. Electronics was my lifes work and I still do some consulting.
