More about John:"I was born in Japan, adopted and raised in the US where I became a citizen. I am a Christian who took an English teaching job in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). I love the UAE and my students here. Previously, I taught High School and Bible College in Downey California USA. Before that I was a Pastor of a church in Long Beach California for about ten years. I am divorced but I have 4 wonderful children (Heather 20+, Stephanie 20+, Daniel 20+ and Abigail 10+) a great son in law named AJ (who is married to Heather). Two grandchildren, Ben & Blake were born to AJ and Heather on 10/10/2007 and 12/9/2009 yippie!.".
