John's Story
Life
Now 59, I have been married 3 times. I just celebrated my 12th wedding anniversary 6/25/12. I have 4 kids from the previous marriages, 2 stepkids and 12 grandkids.
I am again living in Wheeling west of 83 and south of 68. Same side as the school and about 1/4 north.
My mother passed away 7/15/06 and she and my father are buried together at Woods National Cemetrary, Milwaukee, Wi.
My son is in the US Army and is stationed in Iraq as an MP (Military Police) doing convoy escort duty. Knock on wood he has not been injury phyically yet.. He is do back in Illinois in July 08 for a 2 week vacation. and will then go back to finish his tour. He should been sent home in Dec 08.

rried and is stationed at Fort Drum, in NY. He is expecting his 2nd child the end of Aug 2012,my 11th grand child.
College
I graduated from Harper College in Palatine 5/95 with a degree in nursing.
Workplace
The most recent job is with the VA hospital in North Chicago, Il. It is located near Waukegan and the US Navy base at Great Lakes,Il.
I have been working there since 1990, soon after getting out of the Navy. I work the night shift an I am the senior RN there with over 35 yrs of goverment service.
Military
I had Navy boot camp at Great Lakes, in Mar 76. Hospital Corps School after boot camp. I was stationed at Great Lakes Base hospital from 1976 until 1982 then I was stationed with the USMC,1st Marine Division at Camp Pendleton, Ca from 1982 until I got out in 1988.
