John's Story
Life
I live in Paradise. I eat the fish I catch except for the billfish which are tagged and released. I go diving
on the Great Barrier Reef and get paid for it. So glad
I left when I did. No traffic, no pollution, no gangs,
just tourist and locals having fun. 7 kids, a dog that
flys on Qantas in a seat, a cat that beats up other dogs,
except our dog. He lets the dog chase him around.

To be with the one I love that loves me and "has my back" through it all.
To be able to travel anywhere in the world at any time and to eat any restaurant or stay home and cook up fresh prawns or lobster or a big fat steak is pretty fantastic.
I often think of walking down I80 through Nevada in the seventies hithching a ride and dreaming of what I was going to do. The dreams I had are my life and I am grateful.
