John Hudson:  

I went to Purdue for 2 years . I was watching the Loyd Thaxton show . I saw all those fine looking California girls . So I thought I'd give it a shot .So in 1969 I moved to Hollywood . Started working for Pacific Telephone . Met my first wife . She didn't want kids so we just travelled the world . We were married 15 years . She left me for a friend . I moved to Colorado in 1973 I lived in Boulder in the beginning . Moved to Longmont in 1977 and to Firestone i 2005 . I worked for Mountain States Telephone Company,Mountain Bell,US West,Qwest. I married Sharon in 1985 . Josh was born in 1986 , Amanda was born in 1989 . We are now Grandparents , Josh and Vickie had Brayden in 2009 He reminds us a lot of Josh . Although I did retire from the phone company I wouldn't mind going back . I now am driving a school bus .However i don't like sedentary work .Almost 40 years as a cable splicer . It's being very hard on my body sitting down driving for hours a day .All I can hope is that the Lord will help me find what I want to do for the rest of my life.Sharon and I work at the bookstore/coffee cart at our church . in Longmont .
