John's Story

Life I retired from full time pastoring in Paris, TX, after 18 years I36 years total), and moved to SW Florida. Then almost two years ago we moved to the Phoenix, AZ area. Both my children are grown and married. After 10 years of bachelorhood I remarried in September of 2006. I still make my grandmother's Norwegian Christmas cookies each year. I know that a few of you live down here in Arizona, at least part time.. Would love to hear from you. I've done...Expand for more
some mission travel in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Caribbean. I am now supply preaching, when invited, I enjoyed deer hunting, but it's usaully more sight seeing. Would love to visit Ireland and Norway some day. Now I'm getting more into saltwater fishing. In AZ it's hiking in the desert mountains nearby. P.S. It's the OTHER John Kelley tagged on pg. 56 of the yearbook. :-) But last I heard he lived down in TX , near Dallas, also! Who'd a thunk it?

Arvin, I believe this is another piece of music from the museum in the Bishop's palace. I believe you'd enjoy playing the Steinmeyer organ in the Nidasros Cathedral, with its 9600 pipes and 156(?) stops.
