John's Story
Life
I was high school art teacher,and I am an artist, designer, architect and have worked in most creative areas for most of my life. I taught high school for 12 years. I was an illustrator and graphic designer for 14 years. I went back to school in 1996 to get my master's degree in psychology. I now have my Doctorate. My business name is HeartWorks and is located in Manhattan Beach.
For now, I am doing the four things I love most: artist; psychologist-assisting people to live their dreams and to create more love in their lives; working on my first book about Unconditional Love and it's Butterfly Effect - family, the communication skills for closer, more loving relationships; a house husband/father (Mr. Mom). I'm living my dream.
I am the father of three wonderful children: son, Troy, 41; daughter, Megan, 30; daughter, Molly, 25. I am the husband of my Best Friend, wife, Pamela.

t and assisted at the trainings during the 70's. In the eighties I attended the Gathering of Men men's retreat with Robert Bly. I have participated in and facilitated men's groups. Leo Buscaglia personally inspired me to make love the heart of my life's journey. My wife and I have experienced several Marriage Encounter weekends. We were also on the Board of Directors for the Worldwide Marriage Encounter. For the past 17 years I have worked with the AIDS Heartline support group for AIDS victims and their families.
My Life Plan is to grow as an UNconditional Lover and assist those who want to create more love in their lives. It's never too late to be what you might have been.
