John's Story

Life Well lets see we left Baker in 1980 for Nevada to work in the mines.I spent 11 years in Tonopah Nevada working for various mines. I transfered to Bagdad Arizona in 1991 and worked there for 12 years. We moved to Alaska in Decenmber of 2006 to work in a mine up there. But was needed back here in Baker. We have four children and 10 Grand Children. We are happy to be back home in Baker. Im looking forward to finding my school chums and seeing what they have been up to. in a band and tried my hand at writing some songs. May be changing jobs soon I hope. Looking forwad to some change of emplyment. But we will still be here in Baker.Looking foraward to hearing from all of you. Im heading back to Arizona to work on the Border Fence project. Not sure how long I will be gone. But My wife Pat will stay here in Baker as I will return. I hate to leave Baker but kinda looking forward to the 60 degree wather for awhile. Well made it back to Baker and working for Natural Structures in the shipping department. Looking forward to the reunion next year.
