John's Story
Just celebrated my 44th wedding anniversary this year. Been with Gloria for 45 years and love EVERYDAY of it. We have 3 children with 7 granddaughters and 1 grandson the last one. Oldest granddaughter just turned 24 and graduated from San Francisco state this year with a degree in criminal law with honors. Our youngest is 6 our grandson. Gloria and I started our life together really young. She graduated in 76. I graduated in 77 in June. We got married in September two weeks later I left to basic training. am which meant I would leave after I graduated. After my 3 months of training I was stationed in Massachusetts Gloria and I lived in Massachusetts for 3 and a half years there than transferred to Fort Ord for my last 6 months. We were together the whole Time. I was very lucky to have met Gloria. She is the perfect person for me. I fell in love with her beautiful smile. Then I got to know her and she has this infectious personality. So caring and loving. I have no regrets for getting married so young. Thank God for putting someone like Gloria in my path.
