I must say it's unbelievable how much time has gone by. I wonder what you have been up to???
I have been busy in NYC - wrote a book: Positive Directions and write articles about psychology and hypnosis.
As a psychotherapist I help people get stress under control and then achieve peak performance. I was educated in both the Western science of the brain and the Eastern philosophy of the mind , which I have integrated into a new psychological system - Shifting Polarities; the art and science of knowing when and how to change directions to make life easier. I am an leading advocate of positive psychology, focusing on what is right rather than what is wrong. I teach people how to make your mind stronger and more flexible, allowing you to handle every day situations stress free and with confidence.

often difficult and stressful? Is it circumstances, or is there something else? This book explains how the mind and body are actually responsible for magnifying our problems. You the reader is then presented clear instructions on how to simply and quickly turn your life around, escape the stress and find more happiness.
As for my personal life, hope you can track me down so we can sit down and talk all about the last 4 decades - still cant believe its been that long since we graduated HHHH School. I have traveled all around the world, to more than 40 countries and all over America too. I had a loft in NYC and had countless parties there w often over 100 people dancing - those were the eighties. I have lived and worked in NYC most of these years except a few living in NJ burbs. Happy to be in the heart of the city these days, but also looking forward to escape to fields and mountains. Still play my guitar once in a while. Oh, and yes I was married for a happy dozen years but, that cycle ended and now I have been having lots of fun.
Thanks for sharing in my life journey, I hope to be part of yours. ee Docspy7 AT Gmail
