It all started in 1987. i joined the USAF a month and a half after graduation. I went to Basic Training at Lackland AFB, T.X. on July 10th. After completing Basic I went to tech school at Sheppard AFB, T.X. to become a 431X3 F-16 Crew Chief. I then went to...Expand for more
Nellis AFB, N.V for FTD trainning. My first assignment was Shaw AFB, S.c. The 33rd Talons. I hated Shaw (bad attitude mostly) So I asked to get the hell out of there. They said we will send you to Kunsan AB, South Korea. I was on the ROK from Oct 1989 to oct 1990. My next assignment was to Homestead AFB, F.L. I stayed there till I left the AF in July 15th 1992. After I left the base was wiped out by a hurrican. I re-Joined the AF on June 29th 2000. I went strait to Nellis AFB N.V. then I got bad news. Kunsan AB again! June 2002-June 2003. My follow on was Spangdahlem AB, Germany. I was there from June 2003 till April 2005. I took the force shaping package and got out. My terminal leave ended in June 2005. The AF is really going down hill. Its sad to see what the goverment is doing to it. Doing alot more with alot less people is just not the way to go.....oh well
