Graduated from: Leonard Hall Junior Naval Academy, Leonardtown, MD in 1969; St. John's College High School, Washington, DC in 1973; University of Dayton (Ohio) in 1977; and the University of Tennessee College of Law (Knoxville) in 1980. list. I represent local unions in the public and private sectors. While I miss handling jury trials, I still get the chance to handle cases before the NLRB and its New York State counter-part, the Public Employment Relations Board. I spend most of my time in the NYC area with frequent visits to DC and SW Florida. I get back to Nashville occasionally (my brother now lives in Hendersonville) but haven't been back to Knoxville in a long time.
