John's Story
John is from Elmwood, Wisconsin. He is married. His schools include Mayo High School. He later attended Winona Technical Institute. He works(ed) at IBM.

I worked on cars my last year of high school. I worked on them to the point that I made Autobody repair and
painting my career. This lasted about 15 years. This is not an easy trade. Did a career change in the mid 80's. I received my associate degree in Electronics in 1987. From then on, my wages improved drastically. Got into IBM in 1999, made the most money I've ever made, traveled quite a bit, even overseas.
Got laid off from IBM in 2013. Now I work for the Mayo Clinic doing what they call sanita...Expand for more

I got married in 1980 to a beautiful girl named Mary Lynn Michael. She was a 1973 Lourdes Grad.
We have 2 children, Matthew (34) and Nicholas (27)
I took a positive step in 1985, quiting alcohol and all mood altering chemicals. My life changed for the better, and I have stayed sober all these years. When I was in high school, I was very insecure and emotionally wounded. I never went to football games or any social events. I gave my life to Jesus Christ in 1978, and he healed me emotionally and physically, and restored a lot of things that I thought I had lost for good.
I played piano in my younger years, and I have been playing guitar for about 25 years. I have been doing worship music for many years. I also love classic rock, and hope to be able to do some music at the reunion!!
