John's Story
After 30 years, I have 2 wonderful kids, a Masters Degree from Drake University in Public Administration and Human Resource Management, and I work in a CPA Office in Newton as an Auditor. We audit school districts, city governments, and non-profit agencies. We are the people that everyone is always happy to see us walk in and out the door. I am currently seperated with a divorce pending. Life has been fairly good to me as far as health, prosperity, and other blessings that I have been afforded. I am a disabled veteran. My major inspiration came from Ed Dieleman. He was the ideal mentor. Ed always treated you with respect and dignity. He was and still is, one of the smartest men, I ever had the pleasure of knowing. Its an honor to know him and his wife, Marsha.
I believe that the most important thing I learned from kids, was no matter how far in the hole you are, you can always work your way back to the top and stay there.
If I won $100 million, I'd give most of it to God, then spend the rest on me, my bills and kids.
I had the biggest crush on this woman who was 2 years ahead of me in school. She graduated and I lost track of her and now she is married with 3 kids.
