John's Story

Life After school went to U of C, then U of A. Found out being a chemist was boring. Joined the Calgary Police Service and was there for 15 years before moving to federal Aboriginal Policing for another 10 years. 25 years of policing was enough and then I worked at Petro-Canada...(no, not pumping gas!) until Suncor took them over. lines as of January 1st, 2021 as their Vice-President of Aboriginal & Community Affairs;. I am married with 2 sons and two step daughters. I play in a variety of bands and have a lot of fun. I still ride a motorcycle, as I did throughout jr. and sr. high school years. Went to the reunion and really enjoyed reconnecting with friends. Life has been fabulous.
