John's Story
Living in Indianapolis, IN since '91, but Elaine and I plan to transition to New Bern, NC beginning in Jan '10. Retired from US Army in '94. Work at a golf course, do taxes for HRBlock, and still ref high school and travel soccer. Travel to NK every month to check on my Mom (95), still living on Pleasant St. Have two grown children, one each, and two grandkids now in Germany with their US Army doctor dad and our daughter Katie.

home sold! Love NC, but especially all winter as the golf season never ends! My mother died Jan 2013 so have possession of the Pleasant St home, and we shall begin to do the summer-winter transfer between the two homes. Still do a little tax work for HRBlock, but we now travel a lot. Our daughter's family now resides in VA and has grown to five while our single son continues to live in Indianapolis. Life is good, and we are trying to make the most of it while our health remains good overall.
