John's Story
I joined the Navy after high school and have been in the USN for over 27 years. I was a cryptologic technician for six years, serving on five ships and in London, UK. I mustered out and attended St. Vincent College, earning a degree in chemistry. I subsequently was commissioned after graduation in 1995 and have served all over the world, ...Expand for more
including another fantastic posting in the U.K. and three tours in Japan. I have served on numerous ships and afloat staffs; my last job was on Carrier Strike Group Eight on the USS Harry S Truman. I retired August 1st having served nearly 30 years. I have a lovely wife, Jacqueline, and three fantastic children (John A, Katie and Libby).
