John's Story

Life Let's see... I've been married for 42 years to the same wonderful girl I met while attending Plattsburgh State in '72. Two fine daughters & five grandsons. I've lived in NY, NJ, LA, AZ and for the last twenty three years have made lovely Savannah, GA home. I worked in aerospace for over 40 years,and have recently retired. My principal hobbies are automotive repair & restoration, motorcycling on my Sportster ...Expand for more
or with my wife in our Ural sidecar rig; we're also active in our local church. Since retiring I also volunteer as a tour guide at the National Museum of the Mighty 8th Air Force. My wife and I spend several weeks each Spring & Fall camping in Rensselaer County where we have relatives, so we do get to stay in touch with Upstate NY. Once in a while I even travel to Westmoreland to see how things are on Dix Road...
