John's Story
Life
I have a beautiful family. My wife, Dre' and I met at work. I have two older sons, John and Will and they both live in the Memphis area. Dre' and I live in the small town of Florence, just south of Jackson and we have two beautiful boys; born in 1999 and 2004. They look exactly alike, and thank goodness they look like their mother. Our family loves the outdoors. We are outside as much as is humanly possible. I love to hike and backpack.

I have recently gotten my masters degree from USM and was elected to the Board of Alderman in the town I live in. That something I never expected to do...run for public office. It is rewarding, but I never saw myself as ever running for an elected office.
I work for as an economic developer for the State where I am the deputy director of Marketing and Communications. Dre' is a very successful writer of school books and curriculm.
